Book 4–8 weeks ahead for spring and summer weekends, and 6+ months ahead for weddings. Larger frame tents sell out first.
Is setup and takedown included?
Yes. Our crew delivers, sets up, and takes down every frame tent. You just need a clear, mostly level area.
Can you set up a tent on concrete or asphalt?
Yes, frame tents can be secured with water barrels or weights instead of stakes. Tell us the surface when you book.
Do I need to call 811 before you stake a tent?
Virginia requires marking underground utilities before staking. Contact VA811 a few days before your event, or ask us how we handle it.
What happens if it rains or gets windy?
Frame tents handle light rain well. For high winds or storms, we follow manufacturer safety limits and will work with you to reschedule if it’s unsafe.
Do you rent tables and chairs without a tent?
Yes. Tables start at $12 and chairs at $2.50, with table-and-chair packs from $27.
