Which Slide Fits Your Party?
Start with your guest list and your yard. For a backyard birthday with kids under 10, the 13′ Tropical Plunge or 14′ Tropical Fiesta is plenty. They fit most yards, and younger kids can climb them easily. With mixed ages or a bigger crowd, go with an 18-footer. For school field days, church festivals, and anything with a long line, pick a double lane slide so two kids go down at once. The Racing Extreme adds a rock wall on the way up, which older kids love. Not sure your yard fits? Add a photo of your space when you request a quote and we will tell you.
| Your event | Best pick | Space needed (L x W) | Why |
|---|---|---|---|
| Backyard party, kids 3 to 10 | 13′ Tropical Plunge or 14′ Tropical Fiesta | 30 x 20 ft to 40 x 20 ft | Fits most yards, easy climb for little kids |
| Mixed ages, bigger crowd | The Extreme 18′ or 18′ Tropical Splash | 31 x 20 ft to 50 x 25 ft | Taller, faster ride that older kids enjoy too |
| School, church, or festival | Racing Extreme or Giant Big Top Carnival (double lane) | 35 x 16 ft to 50 x 25 ft | Two lanes move lines twice as fast |
| Biggest wow factor | Roaring Rockin Rapids (22 ft) | 41 x 18 ft | Our tallest dry slide in the Lynchburg area |
Space needed includes the safety zone around the slide. Setup area must be level grass, concrete, or asphalt. No slopes or uneven ground.
Wet or Dry: Same Slide, Your Choice

Slide Rentals for Schools, Churches, and Festivals
Dry slides are the go-to for field days, fall festivals, VBS, after-prom, and fundraisers because there is no hose and no mud. For bigger events we can send attendants to run each slide and manage the line. Most schools and churches need a certificate of insurance before they approve an inflatable, and we can issue one naming your organization as additional insured. Planning a full event? Pair a double lane slide with an obstacle course rental and a few carnival games to keep lines short.

Add More to Your Party
Most slide bookings add one more thing, and it all comes on the same delivery. A bounce house keeps the little ones busy while older kids take the slide.
Slide Rental FAQs
How much does it cost to rent an inflatable slide in Lynchburg?
Our dry slides start at $218 for the 13′ Tropical Plunge and go up to $395 for the 22-foot Roaring Rockin Rapids. Prices shown are for up to 4 hours. Your quote shows the exact total for your date and address.
What is the difference between a dry slide and a water slide?
A dry slide has no water. Kids climb up and slide down, so it works in any season and indoors. A water slide adds a hose and a splash pool at the bottom, which makes it a summer pick. Five of our slides can be rented either way.
How much space do I need for an inflatable slide?
It depends on the slide. Our smallest, the 13′ Tropical Plunge, needs about 30 x 20 feet. The biggest units need up to 50 x 25 feet. The area must be level, with no overhead branches or power lines.
Can you set up a slide on concrete or asphalt?
Yes. We set up on grass or on flat hard surfaces like concrete and asphalt, and every unit is professionally anchored. We cannot set up on hills, slopes, or uneven ground.
What kind of power does a slide need?
Each inflatable needs a dedicated 115V, 20 amp outlet within 50 to 75 feet, and each blower must be on its own circuit. We bring the cords. If you do not have power close enough, you can rent a generator from us.
Do you provide insurance paperwork for schools and churches?
Yes. We are fully insured and can issue a certificate of insurance naming your school, church, or organization as additional insured. Attendants are also available for larger events.
How do I reserve a slide, and what if it rains?
Request a quote, then a 30 percent initial payment reserves your date and time. Weather does not qualify for a refund, but some weather-affected rentals can be rescheduled with proper notice. We recommend booking early, especially for weekends and school events.
