Delivery is calculated at checkout. Frame tents have no center poles, so the whole floor is usable.
How to Pick the Right Tent Size
Start with how many people will sit down at the same time. A backyard birthday with 30 guests fits under a 20×20 frame tent with room for a food table. A graduation party or church picnic for 60 usually needs a 20×40. Weddings and company events with a buffet and dance floor tend to land on a 30×50 or larger.

Tables, Chairs and a Dance Floor
Most people renting a tent also need somewhere to sit. Add round table and chair packs for dinners, 8-foot banquet tables for buffets, and cocktail tables for standing areas. They come in the same order, on the same truck. See everything on our tent, table and chair rentals page.
Party Rentals That Go Under the Tent
A tent turns a yard into an event space, and most of our Lynchburg customers fill it. One delivery, one setup, one bill.
What We Need From You on Setup Day
A clear spot with room around it. The tent needs extra space on every side for its ropes and stakes. A 20×20 tent, for example, needs a clear 30×30 area.
Grass or pavement. Grass is our standard setup, and we stake the tent into the ground, so tell us about sprinkler lines or anything buried where the tent will go. Pavement, patios and parking lots work too. They need weighted anchoring, which can add a fee depending on the tent size and site.
A heads-up on anything tricky. Slopes, trees, overhead wires, narrow gates. Mention them when you book and we’ll plan around them.
Rain. You can reschedule at no extra cost with at least 24 hours’ notice. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout.

How much does it cost to rent a tent in Lynchburg?
Tents start at $165 a day for a 10×10 pop-up and $425 for a 20×20 frame tent. Our largest, the 40×80, is $3,840. The price is the same whether your event runs two hours or all day. Delivery is calculated at checkout.
What size tent do I need for 50 guests?
A 20×40 frame tent seats about 64 people at 60-inch round tables, so it fits 50 guests with room for a food table. If you also want a buffet line or a dance floor, look at a 30×30 or 30×40.
Do you set the tent up?
Yes. Our crew delivers the tent, sets it up and takes it down after your event. You don’t lift a pole.
Can you put a tent on pavement or in a parking lot?
Yes. Grass is our standard setup and lets us stake the tent. On pavement, patios and parking lots we use weighted anchoring instead, which can add a fee depending on the tent size and site.
What happens if it rains?
A tent is the reason your party can go ahead in the rain. If you’d still rather move the date, you can reschedule at no extra cost with at least 24 hours’ notice.
