Customer service was great. Delivery was in the time frame stated. The snow cone machine was a hit at our party. We will most definitely rent from Jump Around again!

Jump Around VA has been wonderful to work with both times. Their staff is easy to communicate with and very respectful. I appreciated them allowing us to be the last pick up of the day so that we could have the moon bounce a little longer. We will definitely call them for our event in the future and will gladly recommend them to anyone!

BEGINNING PHONE CALL WITH RJ WAS GREAT! MY PREVIOUS BOUNCEHOUSE RENTAL CANCELLED ON ME 2 DAYS PRIOR TO MY EVENT. I CALLED JUMP AROUND FIRST AND I DO NOT REGRET IT ONE BIT. GPS TOOK THEM TO THE WRONG HOUSE, BUT THEY STILL REMAINED COOL, CALM AND COLLECTIVE. MY DAUGHTER (1 YARS OLD) AND HER FRIENDS HAD A BLAST. WILL RENT AGAIN FROM JUMP AROUND!!!!
