Booking process was fast and efficient. Staff was punctual and knew exactly what to do, moon bounce was set up quickly and once picked did not even disrupt the party it's as if they weren't even there. Just came picked up and left in the same manner as they set up. Inflatable was more than we expected, my son loved it! Thank you so much! Definitely will book with you again!

After literally contacting three other companies and not getting any response back after at least one day, I reached out to JumpAround. They contacted me within the hour of my inquiry for a rental. That action right there already had me hooked. I also read other reviews and was pleased with what other customers were saying, so i decided to go with them. Thank goodness I did! They were professional, polite, helpful, on time within the window they provided me for delivery and pick-up. For so many business to be in this area and none of them respond, except for JumpAround, that tells/shows me that JumpAround is about their “business”. Overall, I was pleased with everything, all the kids had a blast with the bouncy house and even the parents and my neighbors had good things to say about it. Great experience with you all, and planning on renting again within the next month or so.

Just a few hours before my son's surprise 19th birthday party, we called to see if, on a long shot, we could rent a bounce house. We were shocked to learn that it was not only affordable, but that they could arrive in just two hours. They were amazingly professional and kind... My husband was killed in a car accident three weeks ago. This was the first family "event" since the accident. Everyone came home (We have 8 children.) and it was a stressful day...but the party was a huge success mainly because the entertainment was totally unexpected and incredibly fun. Thank you for your help in making fantastic memories on a day that could have been very different. It was amazingly helpful to watch everyone laughing and enjoying the day. Thank you.
