Delivery, Setup & Pack-Up at Smith Mountain Lake
We deliver from 48 hours ahead of your event up to a two-to-three-hour window beforehand, depending on the route that day — delivery times are estimates offered as a courtesy. Someone needs to be on site to receive the equipment, which matters if you’re coordinating around a vacation-rental check-in. Please clear the area of rocks, sticks, debris, and pet waste, and don’t mow within 36 hours of delivery. Moneta bookings skew a little different from our Lynchburg work. Family reunions are the big one extended families gathering at a lake house for a weekend, usually wanting one large unit plus a water slide. Graduation parties cluster in late May and June. We shut units down in winds over 15 mph, lightning, thunderstorms, or severe weather, which is worth planning for on open water where wind picks up fast.

What happens if the weather turns?
We shut equipment down for winds over 15 mph, lightning, thunderstorms, or severe weather. Weather doesn’t qualify for a refund, though some weather-affected rentals can be rescheduled with proper notice. Tents and entertainers are non-refundable and non-cancelable, rain or shine.
What's your cancellation policy?
All payments are non-refundable. Cancellations within 36 hours may incur a 30% rescheduling fee. A transfer may be available once within six months if we’re notified at least 10 days before the original event date.
How should I prepare the area?
Clear rocks, sticks, debris, and pet waste, and don’t mow within 36 hours of delivery so wet clippings don’t get into the unit.
Is the equipment cleaned between rentals?
Yes. All equipment is cleaned and inspected after each rental and professionally anchored at setup.
Who has to supervise the inflatable?
An adult must supervise all equipment at all times — the customer, unless an attendant is provided. Some attractions require an attendant for safety; attendants start at $60 per rental.
Can we keep it overnight at the lake house?
Yes, with additional responsibilities. Blowers must be removed and locked securely, and the customer assumes full responsibility for the equipment.
